1937-D Buff 2 1/2 feather. Possible DDO

I have a coin that has only a 1/4 third feather. I also noticed some doubling on the east and west side of the indians head. Can machine doubling be on both sides of the head? Ill post some pics later.

If it's machine doubling it's not a DDO.
