Nickels found in our search of bank rolls 1938 "S"

These are the Nickels my daughter and I found in our search of rolls Sunday! Bank rolls got this Friday at bank! One I believe is rare the 1938 "S" , was exciting for both of us. Its not worth grading i think though, any thoughts? TY

The 1958 has a weird "cud" maybe on the reverse On rim at the "c" in America.

The 1958 is damage, not a cud, on the UR. There is clearly a cut that pushed metal aside.

Finding a 38 Philadelphia is tough enough...but a 38-S.... quite a find.
I think I have only found one...and I have been looking through nickels since the late 60s/early 70s.

Your right PMD I think on that lump, What is weird is why is the "C" missing its bottom? Is the 1938 worth grading ? not selling now will be saving for kid when I pass. So thinking in the future will be worth more and worth the grading now?. Also I don't collect nickels other then silver ones so if anyone needs for their albums etc. I would be willing to trade. My main collecting is Kennedy half's.
