Wow! I wasn't expecting this level of grade for this coin. I am in the Ch AU crowd.
Just curious what you see keeping it from MS
Well, the lighting isn't great and it is creating hot spots all over the coin. Given that, I tend to err on the side of caution and view highpoint areas on the leaves, hair and ribbon (as well as perhaps the top of the cheekbone) as being potentially problematic with wear.
Nice coin. In the old days it would have been "EF", but it looks AU55 or so. On the other hand, on some old dealer adverts it would have been listed as "UNC."
Yes as you can see they are much better with photography than I am. Any one guessing grades from my quick shots was at a disadvantage and I am sure they would adjust their opinions after seeing professional photos. However, there were some that still nailed the grade!! Kudos to them for doing that with what they had to work with!

Attractive coin. Tough to provide an accurate opinion from the images. It does look MS.

Some of hair bun, eyebrow and some leaf tips and high points on leaves.... very slight wear

OP is correct. hard to find.
However, I have one question:
did you obtain this coin from a reliable source?
H
AU55 based on the photos. If the underlying luster is more obvious in-hand the AU58 grade is probably justified.
Here's one for comparison - graded PCGS AU53, from my collection:
