Is Palladium just playing catch-up (catch-down?) with other PMs, or did the announced CA ban on gas-powered vehicle sales in 2035 nudge the market?

better fly to SF and rent a Tesla!
California's move should not really even made a blip in the market... too far out, poorly defined, and unlikely to ever really take effect. Cheers, RickO
