Incomplete planchets wanted, especially Lincoln Cents & type coins.

My collection has no Keys, and mostly consists of Widgets, Dreck and Modern Crap. Some of the collection has positive Eye Appeal but it is very pedestrian.
This is my Keyest key. I don’t have a huge Lincoln collection, but pretty much everyone knows this coin. For my collection, it’s pretty much tops in Value/price/collectibility.
PCGS MS64CAC. Took a chance on this one from David Lawrence based on the photos alone and ended up really happy with the strike and toning when I received it.
Impossible to do.
My collecting interests are too varied and cover several series and denominations.
But I can throw out a favorite in the lowly cent series and a coin I always wanted as a kid, the King of the Lincoln cents ...
If you meant the 1919-D FH SLQ, StacksBowers' Vicken V. thought at the same time when we were talking over my recent 1918/17-S SLQ in Full Head AU that was sold there earlier this year. The thought here is that this '19-D FH SLQ may deserve a + grade?

Nah think that was pointed at me because in a earlier topic I asked if I should get it put in a new PCGS holder due to a scratch on the PCGS holder and very minor crack (1/8 inch long max). But I could be wrong maybe he was talking to you.

Nice coin indeed, Shaun. Ever consider having it wrapped in PCGS plastic?

Hard to choose but these are mine. A broke teenager.
Hey got to start somewhere I am almost 40 years old myself and it took me 8-10 months to save for my1893-S dollar I own my own home and live alone so costs are high there is no shame in building a collection we can afford. Your young things will change and you will be able to add stuff you now consider to expensive.
Well, I have a type gold collection, a 20th Century type set, a set of classic commemoratives, and a Peace dollar set (currently incomplete). They really don't fit together in any meaningful way, so I guess one from each is appropriate:
I had school loans to pay back for years and had to slowly go up the ladder at work still working myself upwards and will continue doing so until I reach my personal limit.
This is the key to my set - only one I've ever seen.
"My friends who see my collection sometimes ask what something costs. I tell them and they are in awe at my stupidity." (Baccaruda, 12/03).I find it hard to believe that he (Trump) rushed to some hotel to meet girls of loose morals, although ours are undoubtedly the best in the world. (Putin 1/17) Gone but not forgotten. IGWT, Speedy, Bear, BigE, HokieFore, John Burns, Russ, TahoeDale, Dahlonega, Astrorat, Stewart Blay, Oldhoopster, Broadstruck, Ricko, Big Moose.

Thanks, @joeykoins I would love to! I’ve got a few that would be worth it one day, but since it’s just my collection, they all sit how I purchase them.
When the budget is better, I’ll probably find a dealer someone to work with and spend some money sending a handful in. Until then, I can keep rearranging my 2x2 albums

Well, this would be the key to my quarter collection.
A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.
A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.
Nice 1804 quarter! David Lawrence?
Strange reverse though.

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
No, sorry another photo magically attached.
I like to think of it as a 26 cent piece 🤔

Tough to choose. Here are four PCGS-graded, valuable for rarity, grade, or collector demand.
Lance.
1812/1 Large 8 XF40
1815/2 AU58+ CAC
1824 O.105 MS65+ CAC
1827 O.148 R6+ VF35
.
Semi-key but I wouldn't necessarily say that when its Full Head. Luster is nice and a top-of-the-line example for the grade:
A Barber Quartet is made up of Nickels, Dimes, Quarters, and Halves.
Needs reholdering
"Got a flaming heart, can't get my fill"

The 1892-O Clashed Dies FS-901 in very nice PC58.
A Barber Quartet is made up of Nickels, Dimes, Quarters, and Halves.

Of course any coin counts colonial, gold whatever is your key coin from the US. A beauty by the way!!

I will go to Walmart tomorrow and see what rare key error I find in the parking lot.

Here’s the key to my Proof Franklin set. Just got it (and completed the set) in July.
(Apparently I deleted the pic of the reverse...I’ll get another one and add it later if I remember)
That 1877 Indian is just gorgeous!
Lots of great coins in this thread but dang, @OldIndianNutKase that’s gorgeous!
Collector of randomness. Photographer at PCGS. Lover of Harry Potter.
Entire collection? Hard to pick just one.

I am jealous shes a beauty!!
This is just an amazing coin!!!

Dave (I also know of Vern's) has one of the few available '01-S quarters with a pleasing circulated look to it (in VF). Very nice.

Lance those halves are amazing. I've not seen a prettier 1815/2 and to have the excessively rate 1827 O-148 , with a target tone rainbow is crazy!
