Like @Meltdown , I actually bought something this week just for the coolness factor:
Intaglio Mint 2 troy ounce .999 silver tribute to the MacNeil 1901 Pan American Exposition medals.
One of my all time favorite American numismatic designs, MacNeil also designed the standing liberty quarter.
Gimmicky bullion with classic designs don't normally do much for me. Especially with today's premiums!
But I thought this was gorgeous.
Did you get anything this week?

Just one this week
No metals or me, just a hunk of classic wood.
No metals this week for me either but I did pick up some nice type coins.

No new metals this week....I did look at several nice metal firearms at the range though... Much like PM's, I have plenty already.... Cheers, RickO

I can play this week...
I picked up this Perth mint kilo, and crossed this hard to find example off my list...
Also, I lucked out with some harder to find Daniel Carr’s...
1st year 2008 “100% recycled” gold Indian 1/10th oz
1st year 2010 “50 Ameros” Palladium Indian 1/10th oz
And a CSA Brass Double eagle struck in 2011
I’m very happy with these...

Love that Perth bar, @LukeMarshall

Thanks @Weiss
I really like those Intaglio mint 2ozers too, I started picking them off earlier this year.
Here is the Pan-Am along with the Pan-Pacs... I really like how they don’t say “Copy” and instead alter the design a bit to incorporate “2 Troy oz Silver”

Oh yeah, One last piece of metal, maybe a bit unconventional, but I got a nice billet speed loader for my 5 shot...
Y’all have fun out there.

@LukeMarshall Whoa!!! Where did you find the brass Confederate States double eagle? I’ve only seen 1 other before and I fell in love with it.

The CSA piece is really nice! I love all three Carr pieces I picked up this week...
I have had a running thread here ->

It attracted the attention of this brass token that came my way...
I’m still holding hope that a gold one will find it’s way to me in which case I’ll pass the brass one along to a new home I believe.

@LukeMarshall.... Really nice acquisitions.... what exactly is the firearm the speedloader is used on. Cheers, RickO
Thanks @ricko , I almost posted it in another one of @Weiss PM threads where he asked about things that get your heart racing... it’s a 460s&w XVR magnum w/ a 8 3/4” barrel. The XVR stands for extreme velocity revolver as it has the fastest velocity of the production revolvers. I like its Versatility being able to fire 45 long and 454 casull as well as the 460s&w rounds.

@LukeMarshall.... Very nice indeed....Thanks for the reply. That one will really fill your hands. Cheers, RickO
