Three letters showing in LIBERTY. VG details. Net, AG03 for some minuscule reverse alteration. I wouldn't recommend conservation or repair at this point. Enjoy it for what it is.

I have seen old coins turned into buttons. They are pressed in the center and a post soldered on the back.
