2000 - 50cents coin - have you seen this error?

In the bottom of the Kennedy´s neck, there is like an "R" or Omega shape. Is this a flaw? or has anyone seen this before?

If a flaw, what would be the $$$ value?

I believe you are looking at the designers initials.

It's not an error. It's part of the design. They all have them. The designer's initials - Gilroy Roberts.

Nice observation and welcome to the forum! Hey, when looking at the designer's initials, check for any doubling. Could be a variety coin?

If you are going through a bunch of halves you can watch for missing FG designers initials on the reverse.
