I don't have anything against Ed Brinkman, but 1971 was the first year my brothers' and
I ever opened baseball packs of any decent quantity.
I couldn't get Aaron, Seaver, Mays, Clemente, Ryan, etc. but Ed Brinkman, hey no problem.
Of course back then we didn't know they were issued in series, don't know what series
he was in but we got several Brinkmans'.
