It is not a real US minted coin.
Counterfeit. Notice how the detils are non existent on a lot of the coin. Mushy stars and UNITED....Just a recently made Chinese counterfeit. You could check to see what it is made out of by doing a specific gravity test. If it's a 90% silver coin then the SG result will be a 10 or very close to that.

Fake Trade Dollars from Asia started appearing in the US in the late 1990's. There are many, many of them out there.
