2019 silver proof quarter frosted die chip error?

I was looking at my 2019s silver proof set and noticed a white spot on the obverse of the AMP quarter. At first I thought it was a milk spot but looking at it closer it looks like a die chip that's frosted? What do you guys think?

    To me it looks like a defective proof. However, with proper online promotion it may be worth One Million Dollars! ;)

    It needs a clever name like “weeping motto”

    It doesn't appear that the "S" in "TRUST" is chipped away - its' still present, but perhaps a bit soft - which makes me think you may have a struck-through error.

    The coin looks struck thru.

    Looks like a struck thru, and the plastic
    piece might still be on the coin....or not.

    A struck through would go into the coin correct? I’m looking at it closer and it doesn’t look to Be going into the coin...

    @Kliao

    The thinner the material that is struck through, the less of a depression it will leave in the coin.

    If it's a retained struck-through, like Fred suggested, that means the foreign object was struck into the coin and is still there. You might have a little retained scrap of metal or plastic.

    Interesting. If it is a retained strike through will the foreign object add to the value and have any chance of falling off? Would this be something worth grading?

    @Kliao

    The retained objects do sometimes fall off.

    Take a look at these sales results:

    https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=proof+struck+through&_sacat=0&rt=nc&LH_Sold=1&LH_Complete=1

    The significant premiums usually go to coins with relatively large/dramatic struck through errors.

    Edit: Retained struck throughs are relatively harder to find than regular struck throughs, but again, it may be hard to get much of a premium for very small ones.

    Looks like a retained struck through... either plastic as Fred suggested or metal debris... Interesting find, and great pictures. Cheers, RickO

    Thanks for all the input. I don’t know why but as I keep looking at it the surface of the spot it looks like the white cameo frosting. I’m gonna keep looking at it. Might break it out of the plastic case.

    @ricko I had to get the digital microscope in-order to be able so see it in higher magnification.
