Quarters missing text - obv

I have two quarters where text is almost invisible on the obv. One is a 1995 an almost invisible IGWT, date and mint mark. It appears that all the missing text is barely discernible. The other quarter is a 1989 no mint mark. I am seeking advisement from someone who knows more
than I do about this. All comments are welcome and appreciated.

Didn't you already post these two quarters on a different thread last week?
Filled die errors, which are also commonly called struck through grease
It appears so:

No need to start another thread about the same coins.

Yes, we did see these before.... Perhaps the OP could not find his original thread to see the answers... Cheers, RickO
