PCGS deserves recognition for their incredibly hard work and long hours.

I haven't seen anybody say anything and I thought these folks deserve some recognition for their hard work.
My submissions have had updates at every hour of the night (7pm, 9pm, 1am, 4am PST etc) during all days of the week. I'm guessing someone is working and processing orders when these emails come out, otherwise they'd just get batched out at the same time every day.
Menus have been fixed at 4am. Awesome hotfixes and updates just keep getting rolled out. Emails are answered lightning quick all things considered. Clunky steps in navigating the app just keep getting smoother or disappearing completely. Unimportant clunky navigation is continuing to disappear. It's never been faster, easier or clearer.
The best part is the market is so good you don't have to kick butt like this, but you choose to. Stay classy, PCGS, and thanks again.
