I think in total about 100 were sent in. I'm really not sure why some didn't CAC. It must have been they just didn't want to sticker all 100. The toned 68 norfolk didn't sticker the first time but the dealer sent it again and it stickered. I'm really not sure how resubmissions work with them or if it's unusual.
Generally speaking, I can see a difference in the quality and grading between your CAC vs non-CAC coins, so my faith in the sticker has gone up a notch. JA likes undipped attractive and conservatively graded pieces.

While I like your sentiment and increased confidentce in JA and CAC, you should know that having coins dipped is not necessarily a knock out punch with JA. Most of my 20th Century high grade silver has been previously dipped, but apparently gently enough to still merit the coveted CAC sticker on every coin I have that's eligible for a CAC. Feel free to look at my various registry sets, as they are open to public view as "Winesteven".
A day without fine wine and working on your coin collection is like a day without sunshine!!!
Yeah but I really like the obverse, kinda surprised to see the reverse but I still like it. Been looking for one but more in the AU price range but it is a nice looking commem. You do have some beauty's.

Superb! The California and Pan Pacific are my favorite. Top drawer. Underrated series IMHO.
100% Positive BST transactions
Love the golden tone on the MS65 Lincoln. Sweet! your Columbian is nice too. Looks like it is almost PL?
You have a wealth of very nice coins. At some point, you might want to consider having them imaged professionally.
Absolutely Gorgeous! High grades too!!!
I noticed in your prior post all but one of your lovely Commems had CAC’s. What’s your guess as to why these don’t?
