I recently came across this coin and as I was looking at the back Of the coin i noticed the L. in the word soldier was Different Where all the other L's go Straight down make 90 ° turn go Straight and curve 45 degrees straight Back updates At the end. This one Go straight down then instead of making the 90 ° turn to go straight it's goes straight up words in 45 ° angle. I cantn find another like it how significant is this???

PMD
Post Mint Damage
Either damage or a very minor die issue. In either case, doesn’t affect the value in that condition.

About what condition would you estimate it would be if I send it in would it be worth sending it in to pcgs
Agreed that it is post-Mint damage. It appears that it would receive an EF or AU grade and, given that this commem is quite common, I don't believe that certification would help either the liquidity of the piece or its value. In other words, if you send it in for certification then you would likely not recoup the costs when or if you decide to sell the coin.

I agree with PMD... and as @TomB said, not worth the investment in slabbing. Keep it in an album or a 2x2. Cheers, RickO
