What did I find? Looks like a double die on the 9 and the 0?

1). The term is "doubled die".
2). Virtually all doubling is not due to a doubled die. Yours looks like machine doubling or die deterioration, or damage (can't tell from the photos).
Agree in it isn't a doubled die. It looks like damage IMO
