This was in an old Coinmaster vinyl album that I acquired in an estate 18 years ago.
The coin was basically swimming in PVC.
After several acetone only treatments, (no MS 70, etc) here’s how it looks:
Here’s the album.... I really hope most of these have been thrown away!

My Collection of Old Holders
Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
It could be in the MA realm, depending upon PCGS' mood.

Borderline MA to me.
Obverse is a go; reverse iffy.
It's a coin I would sell raw "as is."
Looking at the reverse ... I'm not sure.
Ok - what is MA? Is that like AT?
Market Acceptable.
AT could kinda equal QC though.

Thanks mannie, good input.
I added another shot of the reverse, if that helps.
I don't know if that color is worth a premium or not - I have about 3 cents + acetone and labor
into it, so I shouldn't get hurt

Hello, the color seems ok but won’t usually get the nod when it’s over top an old cleaning or what looks like to me a burnished look on the high points on the reverse. Good job getting the mess off, enjoy it raw!
In my opinion the color looks fine, NT or MA. I don’t see a problem.
If you are thinking of selling, I don't think the fees and possible QT would be worth a dice roll.
It's a coin I would definitely try raw, and I think it would sell rather quickly.
I've never tried acetone to remove PVC. If that was swimming in it, it sure removed it pretty good.
