Is this an actual 1794 cent?

The closeup pics make it seem so, but I always find these corroded coins so hard to really determine the details. What year do you think this is?

Smitten with DBLCs.
What do you mean by "actual?" Are you asking if it is fake? If it was the guy holding it probably wouldn't go through all the hassle of wearing cotton gloves. But I really don't know.
Link doesn’t pull up for me so looks pulled. If so, I’ll go with fake.

Interesting---blurry images and an ebay link that no longer works. I agree with TurtleCat.

When I looked the auction was there.
What I saw was a genuine looking low end 1794 with worn off reverse, mostly blurry pics, but a couple clear enough to see the date and possibly attribute as a Sheldon-65, a common variety.
Not sure why the auction disappeared. Didn't bother to see if anything looked off with the seller.

Found it.
Had the original still open and searched the sellers other items. For some reason they shut it down and restarted. It had about 3 days left as an auction and now relisted as a 5 day auction. Fourth and fifth photos show the date clear enough.

Seems legit. Do they make fakes that look that bad?
I’m guessing this guy specializes in really well worn old or key stuff. It’s all I saw him sell by the time I was tired of scrolling (maybe not all that long, It’s late).
reverse in wirn almist smooth.
@topstuf .... I saw that in the comment section... not sure if it was late night imbibing or keyboard confusion...Cheers, RickO
The seller may have pulled the listing because he already sold it outside of eBay.
