Yes it's one of my blunders, by that I mean I went thru all the rolls I had from the 90's and thought "I must have a 70 or at least a 69", but that wasn't to be and all I got was 68's and a 67. My lowest graded coin for now, so here you go. https://www.pcgs.com/shared-orders/order-details/21818165

Pretty interesting how many people’s lowest slabbed coin is a bust quarter. Beautiful quarters by the way!
PCGS Fr-2 1793 large cent. Clean and smooth planchet. Sorry no pics available of it.
In general, I look to buy XF or better coins. In the case of that DBQ, I was drawn to the originality and relative affordability of it.
OK, technically not "graded". came from eBay a couple of years ago for $21 to see if I saw the problem in hand. Easy.
