I should look at the coin again to make sure they didn’t send me the wrong TV.
I was going with 67 FBL, but obviously that is too high and not FBL....
The pic must be hiding hits or something.
It does look remarkably clean.

Based on your comments, I’ll go 65 flat. The TV makes it look at least 66, maybe better. Super clean. Can’t tell on the lines, though. I was going to go non-fbl from the beginning, but I don’t know for sure.

grading coins from images is wholly unreliable. on a coin like this if I just say "MS66" I'm guaranteed to be as close as anyone. to me it doesn't look FBL, but you have it in-hand, what is your grade assessment??

You hit the nail on the head. Glad I didn't lose too much sleep last night as in my head I was already writing my letter of resignation to PCGS. The graders were actually trying to be nice. Again kudos to the cameraman.

This suggests the images are hiding something, perhaps a patch of hairlines that are not visible except at limited angles. True Views are often "glamour" shots and nothing more. If it really is that clean in hand, I'd try again when you have a bunch of other regrades ready to go.
The above pictures I took of the coin this morning after looking at it for the first time since it was graded last year.
And the scratches are clear as a bell in hand. I just got worked up after hearing 66+ a few times. I Knew better but didn't take the time to actually look at the coin before randomly picking one. the image fooled me too. Some obviously including myself would have considered this to have great upgrade potential, based on the image.
Maybe I'll list it somewhere
