Bonus Round!

CoinscratchCoinscratch Posts: 8,712 ✭✭✭✭✭

I picked these up Yesterday because a couple look like they could hit 67 which is the magic number for this year.
So, tonight I'm looking for the best 2 or 3 for my next order and out pops, not 1 but 2 FY DDR-026 or FS-805's. :)
Side note: I had no idea there are 76 different types and I recognized a few of them, luckily I save all 09's.
O'course I only need one for my set so hit me up if you want the other.

Not my cup of tea, but still, good luck with getting a high grade. I wasn't aware these in MS67 are rare.

More like non existent as 66 is the highest for the 805.

Thanks! I hit a 67 earlier this year from a roll hunt and it's still my most valuable find thus far at 425.00

Good luck getting one to go 67! I haven’t paid any attention to the ‘09s. I’ve got one in a flip that was part of entrance to a coin show that year. I’ll have to keep an eye out. My kids will help with that (they get all the change, usually)

How can you not? The price is through the roof on these but I guess that speaks to the rarity on the grade.

It’s crazy that 67s are the best to come out of all the sets. Is there any real chance of finding one in the wild that good? I’ll be keeping an eye out from now on, hoping.

My creed: They made umpteen billion of them so bound to be some more 68's.

I doubt a 68 will be found in the wild ....could happen, but unlikely since the slightest handling could plummet the grade. Probably one in a set somewhere though, maybe even in my storage box ;) Oh boy, another winter project. Cheers, RickO
