2017p Lincoln Cent DDO dd/RPD?

Came across this and focused on the date and the word, "Liberty." I see a DDO, opinions guy's? Esp. The 7 and the letter y. Thanks

    Looks like it was struck with a worn die and has die deterioration doubling to me. Others may suggest mechanical doubling. It really doesn't matter which one, since it's not a doubled die

    It's just that 0 in the date looks to be that oval shape that usually means, dd? It looks stretched too. :*
