We'll start with these two.
Falcons/Saints is always a rowdy game, the fans get into it. Last one I went to the Saints fans outnumbered the Falcons ones...in Atlanta!

UNC vs Duke. I live in North Carolina so I know first hand how heated this rivalry is. The games are physical.
When UNC plays at Duke, the Duke fans will stick their hands out at you.

Those are all tremendous rivalries! Love it. But, the most impactful rivalry (though now dead) outcome wise was OU-Nebraska. Look it up.
That ending marked the end of college football as we knew it.
