1974-D Lincoln Cent: Die Brockage or Grease-Filled Die?

I have what I believe to be a 1974-D Lincoln cent with a strange obverse. I shared it in the "recent purchase" thread as a grease-filled die. However, it was pointed out by @dcarr that it probably is a die brockage error rather than a grease-filled die, which I have no reason to dispute. Dan is obviously more knowledgeable about the coin making process than I am. The seller listed it as a grease-filled die error, and I just accepted that as I'm not too familiar with die brockage errors. What do you guys/gals think? I haven't changed the information on my finalized image yet, but I will. ;)
