1913 Buffalo - error coin or damaged?

The "I" in "FIVE CENTS" is broken. Similar partial break in the "N", and a strange bump under "pluribus". Have any of you seen this before? Is it an error coin or just damanged?

From the photo given... I'd have to say post mint damage.
The I and the N are post mint damage. The area under pluribus is a clash mark. No errors

This is the obverse. Just noticed similar damage on the "3".
By the way, I'm new to coin collecting - any thoughts on how this one might grade?
It looks AU and not worth the expense of grading.

The bump under PLURIBUS is a die clash. The rest is damage.
Good pictures and makes the determination of PMD quite clear. Cheers, RickO
And flatten those staples down or you'll be adding PMD to your other coins.
