I wonder if the price goes up with each gold sticker added.
I got a kick out of this photo. Thought I would share.
Edited to add I am easily amused.

Does that mean it's undergraded by three points?
Wow
I had noticed that, too, and also got a kick out of it.

HAs anyone actually checked the CAC website for this cert, looks like a photoshop job.

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
The sticker is real. The other two are photo shopped (I guess to show that the seller thinks the coin is extremely undergraded). I saw this earlier and also found it amusing.

Of course the stickers on either side are photoshopped, but the idea was to get the coin and listing noticed and that has worked quite well.

I can't imagine CAC'ing an MS 60 Indian quarter eagle !
So, you think it may be a 62 ?
......... I wonder what CAC would think about this ?!?!?

JA has been busy. Must see something the rest of us missed!!
I once submitted an ANACS AU 55 $2.50 Indian to PCGS cross at any grade, expecting it to come back 50-55. (I'm not the best grader and I absolutely stink at trying to grade that series). PCGS had the audacity to grade it 60. IMO 60 means MS but garbage. For just about any coin, site unseen, I'd rather have a 58 (which I view as AU and awesome) than a 60.
(In my case it was a generic date so the price difference between 55, 58, 60 was negligible).
So - does a gold sticker on an MS 60 mean it's really MS 61... or really AU 58?

fwiw, there are some cases where the difference between 58 and 60 is many $$$$ and no matter how nice the 58 is; one is unc, one is not. but i agree that 60 is supposed to be bad but i've seen plenty of 60s that weren't dogs but those are the exceptions, not the rules. some instances ms60 would be a rare top pop.
sight-unseen, that is 95% of the time the way to go.

MS61 or higher. You're correct that very often a nice AU58 can be better than a 60-62, since an otherwise uncirculated coin with any amount of perfection but some hint of rub is a 58, but that rub, not the appeal of the coin, is the dividing line for grades. Sometimes you'll even see comments along the lines of AU63 to indicate that the coin would be 63 (or higher) if it didn't have the rub. AU58 without the wear isn't magically a 60, and I dare say that most 60s with a rub will look bad enough that they won't get a 58.
Well that gets a lot more attention than 'L@@K' or some of the other over used hype that is used so often on ebay. Very clever.... Cheers, RickO
CAC X 3 !!!!!!!!!!!!
I saw this one too. I actually really like the combo.. not sure why he photoshopped the extra stickers in there. I believe this is the guy I bought one of my best toned Indians from.
