Are you asking for free coins?
Seems like an unusual request unless I am reading your thread request wrong.
peacockcoins
If you're asking for freebies, not cool to do. Slow down, read the post here. There's lots to learn and you have a lifetime ahead of you.
Hello - It might be good to spend some timing reading many of the threads contained here. Lots of great information from some real experts. Consider it a free education. Keep track of abbreviations and phrases you don’t understand. Down the road a bit, post these items and ask for a definition...I’m sure members will help.
Have fun -
Dave
After 30 years since the time I first walked into a coin shop, I'm still a beginner.
Early American Copper, Bust and Seated.

Not cool if your asking for free coins. There’s plenty of free knowledge here on the forums that’s worth more than any coin.
There are plenty of series that are classics and cheap to collect minus a couple of the keys, Buffalo nickels, wheat pennies and mercury dimes which you can get most for silver value. I saw in another post that you have a ‘93-S Morgan, if genuine you can sell that and collect some of the series above.

One other bit of friendly advice: it’s never wise to post your email address in a public forum. It’s better to keep that to yourself and people you trust.
TurtleCat Gold Dollars
Gotcha.
Let's give him a bit of a break. He was offered a coin by another member for being a YN in another thread and he got excited hence this post. If you didn't see the posts and chronology from earlier then it wouldn't make sense.
He's just excited about coin collecting so let's not discourage him now with snarky comments.
I agree though it's not wise to post email addresses on a public forum.
While I cannot give you a coin, I can direct you to a place where you can earn coins without having to buy them. The American Numismatic Association has a great program called Coins for A's. If you can earn at least 3 A's in a marking period, you can send them a copy of your report card and they will send you a really neat world coin. They will even send to you an application for a free membership. Once you become a member, there are many programs where you can earn ancient and United States coins. Here is the link for more information and Good Luck!

One thing you will have to learn is that there is no Santa Claus in numismatics.
That's a good guess!
Good guess but that's just opinion.
Okay, is it clad or silver . ?
And what year ?
Winner gets it.
And how many grams does it weigh ? It's gonna take some research.
First the composition !
There's a hint there.
its clad
5.67 grams outer layer is copper nickel with inner core of pure copper
i think its 2010
You're getting warmer. It's silver and 6.25 grams. Meeting pre '65 standards. I didn't break the holder. It came in this way. I like the slogan. "Justice For All". Welcome aboard. I thought you would get it with "composition".
cool
He says Cool
Brings back memories of @airplanenut maybe 2 decades ago responding often with that one word .

LOL
so no one gets it
I’m a little confused. Wouldn’t be better to steer this young man to shows or books than just send him freebies? Maybe send him to the bank with his $10 and ask for a roll of quarters or dimes? I know this site is known for its generosity but asking for and unexpectedly receiving is very different. Just rubs me the wrong way but maybe it’s just me.

im sorry
Did I really? I was never aware of my saying it (if I even did) until my line became a legendary cameo in every edition of
Coinalot. But either way, it's nice to see some nostalgia.
Cool.
You might be correct, Coinalot coined it for you perhaps, back then, I truly don't recall but yes it brought up this memory of you.
Sorry
i only asked if pcgs was a good site to use actually never said anything about buying a coin from them at all
Sorry
no one sent me anything actually so i dont have to
ive never bought anything from pcgs someone was showing me it and i quoted it
Sorry.
I had no issue at first since lot of us had given out plenty of coins and prizes during out the years.
But the more I thought about it, the more uncomfortable it became.
1 We normally run giveaways and or contests to random members. But never at the request of a new user. I can see how it could be abuse if it became a trend.
2 I am a little skeptical about having personal infor of minor or sending random items to them without adult supervision. Many things can go wrong at both ends.
i dont have any Philippines coins
ok
