I know ms60 is a controversial grade but looking at this coin I cant help but wonder if its worthy of an upgrade... Do you think its graded right? or up or down?

I don’t know how anyone can tell from those photos. However, for every coin I’ve seen graded MS60, which looked under-graded, I’ve seen far more that looked over-graded.

No, that coins has bounced around for years. Coins that don’t find a home one tend to Justifiable orphans
