Feedback on a modern day Hobo Nickel?

I've always found Hobo Nickels to be intriguing. Some are done rather crudely and some are done by what I would call master craftsman carvers. I think they're all very cool. I recently picked up this one and it is signed and dated but I'm not sure who the carver is. Does anyone happen to recognize the initials? I love the detail and the gold and copper inlay really adds character to it.
...There's always time for coin collecting.

Dealer pays 13 black! I'm thinking N P on the initials. Peace Roy
