I have not seen the coin and it will be held for me post COVID, yet is conditionally special.

1696/4 Salzburg. Johann Ernst von Thun und Hohenstein (1687-1709) Taler. DAV-3510; KM-254. Obv: Saint behind arms. Lustrous with lovely iridescent toning. Rev: Madonna and child over hatted arms. A common type, with a very uncommon state of preservation. Highly attractive taler, with nice peripheral tone, clean surfaces and an underlying proof-like sheen. The finest graded. NGC MS-66.
