...slabs with a CAC sticker. The alcohol will remove the color off of the sticker and it will be silver in color instead of green or gold.

Good tip... In this current situation, people are disinfecting everything...Will save some people 'restickering' costs... Cheers, RickO

So who will now create the sticker to protect the sticker?

Or is this just part of a larger problem...

Especially, don't use acetone to clean slabs. Acetone will dissolve the plastic and totally ruin the slab. Most of you guys already know this but there may be a few new collectors here who are unaware of this. I don't want them to learn this lesson the hard way.

it should be a no-brainer to not use alcohol on plastic.

Be particularly careful not to use alcohol for an extended period just before buying coins on eBay.

It depends on the plastic, remember it usually comes in a plastic container.

Alcohol wipes seem to take dirt and residue off of the slabs without doing any harm to the slab itself, not necessarily just disinfecting.
