What's worse or more tolerable? Coin #1./Coin #2. Is a better example of passing, right?

Hi guy's. I cherry picked a most exquisite 2020d Lincoln Cent. To me, I can't seem to locate any sort of hits or scuffs on the coin whatsoever! Maybe, just one tick on the rim? But what is evident are milk spots or carbon spots. I don't know what those are? What a shame! Our Host wouldn't overlook those spots would they? Like I mentioned, NO HITS! An immaculate coin, except for those dreaded spots. What's your opinion guy's. Thanks. Warning: Many pics!
Coin #1
.
Coin #2 No spots (hardly) but more hits than Coin #1.

Not a candidate for grading
My Collection of Old Holders
Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
They would not ignore the spots and the grade would be limited to 66, possibly 66+.
I'm sure they would not let the spots slide.
Still nice though.
I really despise Zincolns, and the rinse spots. Pass, as in walk away, for me.

That cent is really not worth submitting... The spots will detract from the grade and the strike is not impressive. Cost/value not a good deal. Cheers, RickO
