I again bought this buff a while back but it has been cleaned. Not very bad cleaning. I paid $25.
Worth getting graded?

I want to see the comments. I have one basically identical in grade . . . . .

I have found a couple unattributed while looking through "junk boxes".
Not worth grading, it's worth about $25-$35
As mentioned they can be found in "junk boxes" in lower grades. MS examples are rare.
its too late and i'm too tired. what do you think one that would grade in vf+ go for? i know the sheets are way off under xf grades.

Thanks for sharing it @bigtonydallas .
I like it as a nice VF and I would just keep it as is.
Great variety though!😎
You really don't need to slab it, unless you want proof of grade. The coin speaks for itself.
I don't think it will grade more than F-15, because of the because of the RTY beginning to merge with the rim.

That would be an album keeper for me.... and I really should check my loose and 2x2's of Buffs (I have a lot of them) for that variety....My personal 'junk box' Cheers, RickO
A very cool variety. Keep it and enjoy it.👍
Nice pick... I'd call it a Fine; close to VF but I tend to like a little more horn for VF (though you can't always judge by that).
nice score
That's a decent '35 DDR-001.
Die state is important for this variety, as it is for most doubled dies. Here are some images of the earliest die state I've seen, with clearly visible separation lines. These images are courtesy of Varietyvista.
