...and then there was one (coin left on my want list)

Capping off a great month on eBay, this coin arrived today as part of a larger lot of clipped cents. Apologies for the quickie cell phone pic:
With the acquisition of this seemingly innocuous coin, I am left with just one hole remaining in my 100-year (1909-2008) clipped Lincoln cent date set. Twenty-eight years along, the only thing between me and completeness is the 1982 zinc small date.
I want to include a big shout out to @StrikeOutXXX, who also spotted the coin on eBay and sent me a heads-up. His is but the latest act of generousity I have encountered along the way.

Incomplete planchets wanted, especially Lincoln Cents & type coins.

Congratulations, I know you have been working on the set for a very long time
You could declare your set complete by virtue of the 1982 zinc small date being clipped out
Very enjoyable post.
Congrats!
Impressive Journey!

A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.
A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.
Cool concept for a set!

What an interesting idea for a collection... and what a long journey... 28 years and now down to one last coin needed. I wish I had one, I would send it to you. Congratulations on a major achievement in coin collecting. Cheers, RickO
You could expand to the impossible Sheild Cent Dated Clip series,
I promised myself I would stop after the 2009 Presidential series made a complete date set all but impossible... but I will admit to dabbling in the Shield cents to the point where I had to add another page to my album. Last count I had ten different date / mint mark combos from 2010 on, so around half of the available coins.
I love your 2018, if it weren't for all that expensive plastic surrounding it I might be a player

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
