I just ran across this slab insert which searching for errors.

Is this something a normal submitter can get?

    MINT ERROR notation put on slab after it left PCGS?

    i do like some delineation for the inserts of errors, not sure this should be the final product but out of all the craziness i've seen with inserts, lets not forget our amazing errors...

    Looks like this is part of a Well Managed Intended Promotion™ on the part of someone sending no fewer than 116 of these (certs 38036304-419) to our hosts at a negotiated bulk rate in order to sell them to non-collectors for Obscene Profits™ on ebay alongside identical coins available for 1/3 the price.
