Better grading guide...Coinweek's Making the Grade or ANA book?

So what do people think is a better grading guide...Coinweek's Making the Grade or the ANA book?

Philately will get you nowhere....

    I prefer the free PCGS photograde app myself but of the two reference books you listed, I like the ANA book.

    Ditto but I like "Making the Grade" better. For circulated coins Photograde can't be beat IMO.

    Check them all... if you are learning to grade or even a grader with some experience... continual review of the several resources help to train your eye/improve your skills. Cheers, RickO

    I was given the ANA book first and really like it. I don’t have Making The Grade, but when I’m trying to learn, I use several resources. If this is a first grading book for you (or someone) I think the point is really to just use it. Start at MS and read down to AG.

    Thanks to all for the info. But which book if either gives a better description of how to determine MS60 thru MS70?
