Making a MS67 Mercury Dime is just not going to happen for me.
Thought line 9 thru 15 had a chance for atleast 1. I am so bad at grading that one of them got a MS62. I was blind on the 30P also. Submission results were quick.

I've done a few. It's not the easiest of tasks though. There's always next time! It looks we submitted to them on the same day and I am still waiting on my economy order of 4 items(I had two other submission types though and those are done) but I also asked for True Views. Only one was a Merc though, a variety.
Looking for Top Pop Mercury Dime Varieties & High Grade Mercury Dime Toners.
Well..... they’re rare. Keep looking. If it’s a goal you’re serious about you’ll eventually win.
Keep looking. 67 isn't easy.
I've submitted one dime in my history of collecting to NGC, and it got a 67. It was a silver Roosie, however.
Keep plugging!
I've made at least a couple of PCGS 67FB Mercs. When I bought them they were PCGS 66FB Mercs.
Made several back in early 2000's. Was it easier, I don't know?
Don't beat yourself up too much, its a tough grade to make. I've made only one MS67 on a common date late 30's Lincoln, funny thing is that was the setup coin.

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
sometimes getting what we want requires a creative solution. how about this.
IF, you have the capital. start **looking at ** a LOT and buying ms67s, i haven't checked the prices but it seems i do recall them being affordable ie not $1-5k etc, perhaps i'm mistaken. try to get a feel for the various services ms67s and what the coins look like. buy a few/several, based on your way of doing things and start trying to land a 67+. i'd imagine if done patiently and financially responsible, you'd probably eventually nail one, perhaps a full grade bump.
now if you goal is to MAKE a 67, that renders the aforementioned, moot.

Shoot - just go and buy one!
A 1942 67 FB is a couple hundred bucks. A 1942 66 FB is a $50 coin. A 1942 67 is $50. Personally, I'd buy 'em not make 'em.
Mercs are tough in the high grades, add FB and they are even more difficult....Definitely a challenge to 'make' one yourself....I would try that if I were twenty years younger.... Cheers, RickO
