When are the 2020 Set Registry Award Winners announced? Have Winners already been notified privately?

I think they said mid-August is the time frame for the announcements.

Anybody heard anything recently or can we assume they're scrapped for 2020 at this point?
@LarkinCollector as of 2 weeks ago when I received a reply email from the registry folks the awards are still on. Just seriously delayed.
