Looking for dumbbells and bb gloves for my grandson. Scored and kept going. Found a filthy dirty flip holding a 1939-D wheatie with impressive toning, AU detail and a strike thru debris to boot. A buck! The hunt continues. Peace Roy

Nice flea market find Roy....Once in a while, good coins turn up.....We have a big flea market here once a year - high school French Club puts it on in January....There are usually a couple of tables with some coins....Two tables are always over priced... one table is reasonable, but has not had anything I was interested in....Cheers, RickO
It looks like a cleaned AU that has been artificially toned to me. A typical flea market coin. Sorry.
The one I frequent is Wed, Sat and Sun. Many vendors do house clean outs so piles of goods in very raw form. Good for me. Peace Roy

Roy: Which Flea Market are you referring to on Wed/Sat/Sun? Maybe I've either hit it in the past, or need to start checking it out as well, if not too far from me. With Covid, it's been a while since I've hit one, and I'm chomping at the bit! Some of the better ones from my younger days have pulled up stakes, nd I miss them! Thx!
