PCGS Order not showing up in my account

I placed my order last week and sent it in with payment and the necessary paperwork (order 207223). The email says to view my submission to click the link. I open the link and nothing is there and my vouchers weren't used.

Does it only show on your account once its received?

Yes it takes a bit of time for it to be entered in the system. 2-5 days

Yeah. It takes a little while, and sometimes there can be a lag time between getting notifications and everything being visible on the online account. My package was delivered last Thursday, received yesterday morning, and then it showed up online sometime between yesterday morning and now. It was ~3 business days for me.

the wheels of progress sometimes turn slowly. I have two packages with four orders out in California.....................somewhere if I believe the updates.

Thanks guys. I'm giving everything/everyone the benefit of the doubt lately due to the current state of things.

I dont really mind if it took them forever lol its just good to hear I didn't mess it up or delete something.
