High was about $1917 so still a way to go.
Would be very happy to see it but this for me will do for now.

I have been waiting for this since 2005! In 2011 I told my sister to get out now if she wasn't in for the long haul. She did and I should have and then bought back in because I would have profited big time. As it is I will still do alright !

Given the current environment in finance, politics, the economy, and government overreach, I would say that timing isn't everything. If precious metals (or stocks, for that matter) could be timed perfectly, we'd all be rich.
I've learned to take the position that precious metals are a core holding that makes sense for the long run, and not really for a killer trade.
I knew it would happen.
