I don't believe either of us were carrying silver coins in our pockets, but this is me stabbing an Olympic fencer in the neck during a bout last November...
Ah yes.... another area of collecting interest... I have superb folding knives, hunting knives, switch blades, a couple of swords, a cane sword or two....Always liked knives and always carry two. Cheers, RickO
Bought this in the early days of eBay from a German seller for $450 itβs worth over $1200 today. it is a Puma waid blatte and Jagknicker set which basically means a skinner and a hunter. Both have staghorn handles.
Reproduction of Vietnam War U.S.A. serrated, double-edged, boot knife Mark II made by Gerber USA and has become a collectible in and of itself.
Although a plain Jane; I have always liked the simple Buck hunter with a black ebony handle and leather sheath.
Each will receive a drop of gun oil on both sides and then back into storage.
Sometimes, itβs better to be LUCKY than good. π πΊπ
Oh my, that brings back memories!
My very 1st pocket knife was my dad's 3-blade mother-of-pearl folder, nickel bolsters, maybe 3 1/2", very nice condition...
Like an idiot 8 year old, I threw it from 6' away and stuck it in our backyard fenceboards until it was mangled π
My EDC is a Spyderco Salt H1
I am rough on it, it gets used heavily, is often exposed to the elements and despite all that it performs great. I can't say enough good about them. They're not show pieces, they are hard working knives. I keep a black handled one in the car and I carry the yellow one.

That's a nice one! Yes, they are really good, durable, utility knives and razor sharp. I carry mine, too, sometimes.
