Danbury Mint medal dies

Super heavy dies, good for door stop or round anvil....
I would love to use it for a giveaway prize but it is so heavy, would probably cost a lot to ship.
Two smaller dies are blank dies. Cracked die with eagle looks like for a badge. The biggest and heaviest is also blank or for a reverse of uniface
medal and finally 2nd heaviest is for South Carolina National Synonymous Executives.

They do look like heavy ones! But neat... how do you know they are from the Danbury Mint?

I believe the last word on the bottom die is EXCELLENCE... not EXECUTIVES... Nice collection... Cheers, RickO

Doorstops may be their best usage. I once had dies from my now disbanded coin club. After keeping them in my garage for about 15 years (at least 10 of which were after the club had disbanded) I eventually took them over to the local recycling center and tossed them in the scrap metal dumpster. In retrospect, that was a wise move as they were just taking up space.

    All glory is fleeting.
