What a difference a photo makes.
It doesn't look misaligned now and looks more like a finned edge from ejection that has rolled over a bit with circulation.
Its a long rim cud or as suggested a finned edge that has been flattened. In either case I don't think it adds any value to the coin.

Yeah, photos make a world of difference. I think you’re right on a minor fin.
