What's the record of gold stickers on a single CAC submission form?

We had a submission recently that set our own record for a single submission form, just wondering what the record is for members here?

i'm not sure but i bet your record is quite high as during the high point i saw A LOT of golds being made and consigned. i'll guess GC record is 20. - although i presume you mean coins you sent out for s consigner not gold coins already made and just consigned.
also important if it is coins you sent to CAC for a consigner, is the ratio. if they sent 900 coins and made 2%, it may be a record but less impressive. maybe even further fun to know if type. guess i'll have to watch over the next couple months to see what made it through!

I'm only referring to a single 20 coin submission form. No, we've never got 20. Our new record is 11 gold stickers out of 20.
We do have a client who has been getting 90+% to green sticker for his coins (and they are coins graded in the past 10 years - ie. not rattlers). He continues to impress me with his consignments.

Holy Sheet! Very impressive. Any old gold?
11 is very impressive!
I got 6 gold stickers once when sending in 20 of my commems in rattlers. I would average 3 gold stickers per 20 if the submission was all rattlers and very old NGC.
This was 10 years ago.
Congrats.
Anyone who hung on to pre-1933 US gold coins in rattlers and early 1990's ogh's in grades of 61-63 back before 1996 is probably sitting on a pile of goldies. There's almost no price increase in the grades of 61 and 62. So CAC is not giving away a windfall by gold stickering a MS61 1904 $20 Lib. Most of those coins got cracked out and upgraded long before gold made the run to $1000 in 2008. If we all knew the premium CAC gold would bring all those coins would have been stockpiled. In fact I made a number of early $20 CAC goldies back in 2008 to early 2009....and sold them off right away because they brought essentially no premiums back then....just the next grade up....which was peanuts.
I still have dozens of those old MS61-64 $20's in rattlers/ogh's/old fatties sitting around. And CAC seems a LOT easier today than they were back in late 2008. So a submission down the road might make sense. Still, being about 1 ounce of gold....that's their basic value....even today. But I doubt I could go 11 for 20 gold CAC without really cherry picking through about 50 nice examples. And one would think CAC wants to control the total "gold" count as well. So they might not be inclined to reward ANY submission with % higher than around 40-60%. If they did 80-100% that might appear they were getting "too easy." It's to their advantage to keep the goldies in check and the premiums high....which means a lot of rejections.....but a lot of future attempts down the road to keep that revenue coming in. I'm sure there are people out there sending in old gold raw to the TPGs with the hopes of getting a brutal grade....only to win the Gold CAC "lottery."
Out of curiosity ... how much does it cost to submit to CAC? Minimum number of coins??

Wow, great news to hear, congratulations !!!
Only three for me. Then again, I have only been buying slabbed coins for about five years now. All the low-hanging fruit is gone.

I am still sitting in the basement for CAC Gold Beans. I am kinda surprised that JA did not take a Bean away when I sent them back for re-beaning after variety attribution or re-holdering.
