I am a longtime collector of Chile Republican coins. I am specifically looking for One Real coins from Chile of the Condor Breaking Chains Type for my collection. Preferred dates are **1838 - 1843. **

I had seen that. I would be tempted, but the 1839 8R is also a relatively common coin, unless in very high grade (such as your example ).
