I think it depends on the light.
Paper money eventually returns to its intrinsic value. Zero. Voltaire. Ebay coinbowlllc
Good--the strike (it's an O mint)
Some tough obverse marks.
The image of the toned obverse is not flattering.

Reverse looks nice. Obverse looks cleaned in the field to the left of liberty. Toning looks like vomit. Photo doesn’t allow for much else to be said.
hmm. good obv but splotchy.

Good condition
Bad color
Kinda ugly
More bad than good due to the nasty, nothing a quick dip couldn't fix. Congrats!

Ugly
I'll go with GOOD. With the right lighting I'd bet it's an attractive coin. Bad lighting and photography can make a good coin look horrible.
Not for me.
Looking for Top Pop Mercury Dime Varieties & High Grade Mercury Dime Toners.
Not bad!
Not crazy about it from the pictures. Really need a better look at the toning on the obverse.

Really nice strike, but if it looks like the photos it wouldn't be for me.

the obverse is too "neutral" from the photos. It has a chance to be good, but an even higher chance of being ugly
It’s fugly. But based on the O, it might be an O/S. And if it is, it’s a sweet cherry pick

For my collecting interests, it is ugly.... I just do not care for the tarnish and smudged prints on the obverse....the grade appears OK, though I would have said 64 based on the pictures...Cheers, RickO
Sorry, ugly+....
For me, it is ugly. I would pass on it. It wouldn’t surprise me, either, if it was MS66 but was knocked down a grade for the negative eye appeal.

If you look up the cert number there are much better pics on the Heritage site. Much different there and the obverse had some nice toning. It depends on the price but I kinda like it based on the Heritage pics.
I don't care for it. I consider it unattractive.
Without the toning hiding some marks on the obverse, I think it would be in a 64 holder.
