There seems to be inconsistencies with the surfaces which just might be attributable to either the image or just how the image looks on my screen. I suspect PCGS graded it either 40 or 45. I would rather offer an opinion after seeing it in hand which is obviously not possible. So my grade is conditional that surfaces are not problematic... I don't think 50 is unreasonable.

The coin looks to be graded accurately. I cheated but I thought it was in the 45-50 range. The seller has 14,000 transactions with mostly high quality images. Why is the obverse image so poor compared with the very sharp reverse images? Is this deliberate?

I have found him accurate on imaging with the coins I have bought from him, unlike a few other sellers that seem to have enhanced images. Also in this case multiple images are available. From his images the luster and surfaces make it look to me a choice AU not a barely made it beat up 50.
Looks a bit better than 50 from a wear perspective. May have been net graded due to surface issues. I assume the coin has been sent to CAC, and the lack of a bean may be telling. Not my series, so this is just speculation on my part.

Well, looking at the OP, I guessed XF45.... However, the graders had it in hand, so no argument with the 50. Cheers, RickO
Just being a CC probably gave it a small bump. Relatively few of the cc 20s have survived in Mint State so the high AUs are prized.
Here is an AU55 cac, is it that much worse?

I'm on the fence...gut says 45 but I think 50!
AU50, maybe 53. Is the greenish cloudy appearance on the upper left reverse just glare on the slab?

Looks like just enough original luster in the fields to warrant the AU-50.

I'm at 53... the grade that has become the graveyard of AU coins

My main concern on this coin would be surface friction patches. Do collectors here like this coin better in comparison?
I like the OP coin more. Nice color, light contact marks for a CC $20.
I was going to say 55.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
I would rather see them both it hand. The second coin looks as if the image may be alittle washed out.

45 details. Any CC is nice. Congrats!

So has the grade been posted or did I miss it?
Logger7 provided a link to the eBay auction. It's a 50.
