In otherwords, cards that aren't just the lone representative of the highest grade, but are 2 or more grades higher than the next highest graded card(s)? A couple famous examples that I'm aware of is the 1952 Topps Andy Pafko card, there's one gem mint 10 speciman, the next highest graded 52' Pafkos are 8s, and of course there's the T206 Honus Wagner Mcnall/Gretzky card, which is a full 3 grades higher than the next highest graded.

One I thought of is my 1989 Frito Lay Stickers Ozzie Newsome PSA 5 (from my Master Set). Most of these get graded "A" due to paper loss from how they were packaged/inserted in the product. Mine is a PSA 5 with none others even graded. I think the highest grade of any card in the set is a 6?
This Slim Jim box is a PSA 6 and the only other 3 graded copies are PSA 1’s.

Also collecting Andre Tippett, Patriots Greats' RCs, Dwight Evans, 1964 Venezuelan Topps, 1974 Topps Red Sox
My oldest, the other two copies graded are a 3Q and a 2 ...
Two 6s are the closest to this one ...
Closest is a 5 ...
On the flip side, this is the lowest graded by 4 grades with a 5 the next lowest ...
This is top pop and next closest is a 6.
