I just added the Filled Mint Mark Variety to my Variety Showcase. I consider this a variety due to the fact that I have only seen 2 of these in all my years of searching....and I look at EVERY 1934-D Dime. The others ate the Large & Small D and the RPM's 1 & 2. Thanks for looking and comments welcome. The Large D is the 1st coin.

Thanks Rich.....I miss seeing you at shows.
Everything @DIMEMAN posts is interesting.
Nice coins and nice to know!
Nice Jon! Those RPMs are great!

Interesting. There's also a filled D on some 34-D Peace dollars. Not sure about the other denominations. I figured the filled D was essentially a die chip.

Very nice Jon... and there are a couple of beauties there that are RickO Sticker worthy.... Cheers, RickO
Excellent comprehensive showcase. Thanks for sharing.
Same phenomenon on a minority of the 1913-D Var 1 Buff 5c, too, as seen here. All the 2 feathers for the date have this filled MM.
Great post, thanks for sharing.
Yes I agree with all, thanks for posting
